This 11 1/4" ROSE WREATH platter is probably the very one that we show in BLUE RIDGE CHINA TRADITIONS, our 2nd book. .It has the old SPI CLINCHFIELD CHINA-3 line backstamp on the bottom, a rim chip that doesn't show from the front and is crazed with staining. The crazing and staining may bleach out. We do not treat our pieces to this type of cleaning. The gold around the edge looks good and the decals are intact. In short, it's a nice old piece that was used and loved.
