We show these two BRIDESMAID 6" plates in our second book, BLUE RIDGE CHINA TRADITIONS. We decided to sell them together. One has a finished pattern and the other one is only half painted. They are a good example of how the painting was accomplished at the pottery-in teams with each painter painting part of a pattern and passing it on to the next one to add their part and so on until the pattern was completely painted. Obviously one of these was never finished.
